Since its founding in 1997 by Reynold Sterlin, PE, DB Sterlin Consultants, Inc. has built a legacy rooted in precision, reliability, and technical excellence. From the beginning, our focus has been delivering infrastructure engineering solutions that stand the test of time, combining deep expertise with a client-first approach.

Under the leadership of the current President, DB Sterlin embarked on a strategic growth path aimed at expanding our services and strengthening our commitment to building stronger communities. This growth included the acquisition of a Wisconsin-based firm, which strengthened our Water Resources expertise and expanded our capabilities into Aviation, Transit & Rail, and Municipal infrastructure across Illinois and Wisconsin. This strategic expansion enables us to deliver even more comprehensive solutions throughout the Midwest.
