DB Sterlin provides engineering and architecture services for a wide variety of public and private sector clients. The engineering and architecture staff is made up of architects, professional engineers and structural engineers that are focused to assist our clients in the growth and development of their communities.
Land Surveying Services
DB Sterlin provides a wide range of surveying services from cadastral, topographic, and ATLA/ACSM title surveys to hydrographic and GPS mapping. Our survey group utilizes the latest technology and software in the performance of our surveying projects, including the use of GPS equipment.
Program Management Services
DB Sterlin provides project management services to focus on making complex infrastructure programs remain on track. During a program, we oversee a collection of direct project stakeholders which may include the design consultant, construction manager and general contractor, and we act as a point of contact with other indirect project stakeholders such as the community, regulatory agencies, sister agencies of the client, funding agencies, and local and federal agencies. DB Sterlin’s primary goal is to keep programs on schedule and under budget.
